Service Description

The focus of these sessions is for you to process all the homeschool info, find a child-specific homeschool curriculum and service provider that fits your child's unique needs OR build your own eclectic Curriculum. I specialize in neurodivergent homeschool support - but of course ALL neuro-types are welcome! We will adapt to your needs :) • Child-centered education tailored to your child's individualized needs and profile. To get the best holistic picture of your child's unique profile, I recommend that you also do the Personality Screening, Career Screening and Learning Styles Screening. • Self-paced learning that allows for remedial as well as accelerated learning, e.g. around special interests and areas of gifting like the Arts, Math, Coding, etc. • Neuro-affirming: If there are Neuro Differences, Executive Functioning Differences, co-occurring mental health challenges and Learning Differences (e.g. Dyslexia) then low demand & lower academic load is better (focus on core subjects and the rest is delight-directed learning) with an appropriate school exit that allows access to tertiary institution of choice (depending on their admission requirements). E.g. an American homeschool curriculum with the either the American High School Diploma or the GED as a school exit; or alternatively the South African remedial CAPS curriculum with the NSC as a school exit. • I am inspired by the Charlotte Mason Philosophy with living books, and including art, music and nature in your curriculum. But of course I will follow your lead, and focus on your preferred homeschool philosophy and approach. HOW DOES IT WORK? This is an in depth Curriculum Assessment and a Feedback Session, it includes a Workbook and a step-by-step Feedback Report. 1. Complete my "Intake Form" 2. Book Session 1: Assessment (1 hour, cost is R500) *Complete the "Eunoia Curriculum Screening MINDMAP" 4. ALLOW ONE WEEK for me to write your report before the 2nd session. 5. Book Session 2: Report and Feedback Session (1 hour, cost is R500) My aim is to empower you to re-ignite and cultivate your child's innate love of learning.
