Accessibility Statement
I am committed to accessibility, and to fulfill any legal requirements.
Please keep in mind that this is an ongoing process and that I will improve any shortcomings when I am aware of them as soon as possible.
My Accessibility Statement
Eunoia Consulting | Homeschool
Website: www.eunoiahomeschool.com
My commitment to accessibility

I am committed to making Eunoia’s website, digital resources and online services more accessible to people with disabilities and people with different sensory, cognitive and learning needs.

As a neuro-affirming educational consultant, I recognize that access needs differ. I welcome feedback that helps me identify barriers and improve how people find information, use resources and access support.

Accessibility standard and current status

My accessibility target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines describe ways to make digital content more accessible to people with disabilities.

I am not currently making a verified claim that the entire website and all its resources conform to this standard. This statement will be updated as accessibility findings and improvements are documented.

Accessibility priorities

When creating or updating website content and resources, my priorities include:

-
Clear language, meaningful headings and consistent navigation.
-
Readable text, suitable color contrast and layouts that remain usable when enlarged.
-
Meaningful text alternatives for informative images.
-
Forms and navigation that support keyboard use and assistive technology.
-
Captions, transcripts or suitable text alternatives for training content.
-
Consideration of sensory and cognitive access needs, including avoiding unnecessary flashing, movement and auto-play.
These priorities guide ongoing improvements and do not mean that every feature has already been implemented throughout the website.

Digital resources and assistance

If you experience difficulty accessing a guide, PDF, video, training program, booking form or checkout process, please contact me.

You may request an alternative format or another way to access the information or complete a task. Depending on the content, options may include a text-based version, a more readable layout, a written explanation or assistance with an online form.

I will discuss what can reasonably be provided and explain any limitations or available alternatives.
Some website functions are provided through Wix or other external platforms. Please report barriers involving these features too, so I can investigate and explore an alternative where possible.

Feedback and contact

Please contact Hanlie Wentzel if you encounter an accessibility barrier or would like to suggest an improvement:

Email: hanlie.eunoiaconsulting@gmail.com
Telephone: +27 79 877 8678
If possible, include:
-
The page address or name of the resource.
-
What you were trying to do and what prevented you from doing it.
-
The type of assistance or alternative format that would help.
You may also mention your device, browser or assistive technology if relevant. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis to request accessibility assistance.

Response time

I aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback within one South African business day. Resolving a problem or preparing an alternative format may take longer. I will explain the next steps and any expected delay.
